  • Becoming Catholic

Riverview Catholics invites you to explore the teachings, beliefs and practices of the Catholic Church with inquirers of all denominations and backgrounds. We welcome persons who want to join the Church, wish to learn more about Catholicism or simply desire to explore issues of faith in a small-group setting.

Our experience with Becoming Catholic has been very positive. The number of participants has grown each year, and we now have people who come because they have heard this is a “good place to be.” Our parish is enriched each year by new members and by the dedication of their sponsors. Their presence among us is both a sign and a challenge, calling us all to a deeper conversion and appreciation for our Catholic heritage

Becoming Catholic meets Thursdays (September – May) at 7 p.m.

  • Marriage

To be married in the Church is a sign to the community at large that the bride and groom are persons of faith and they wish God’s blessing on their marriage. Your desire for a church wedding should reflect your commitment to your Christian faith and the practice of your religion.
